Claim- Job satisfaction is more important than career success.
Reason- Happiness to doing my job is better than having a career that i don't like also with job satisfaction a person can be more successful at their career.
Warrant- This is the reason some people rather be happy to work than miserable to go to a job they hate.
I agree, while I worked at Mcdonalds I hated it. I would work sometimes not care less about the quality of my service. If a person is unhappy w/ their workplace, they will be less motivated to excel.
